At LAS, we believe that each of us is a unique individual and that we all learn in our own way. Our teachers use a variety of best teaching practices and techniques to ensure that we are meeting the needs of all of our learners. AERO Standards provide the foundation of our demanding curriculum, which will help to prepare our students for higher learning.
At LAS, we focus not only on the core subjects of literacy, mathematics, science, and social studies but also encourage our students to explore the arts, technology, physical education, music, and Urdu.
We are delighted to inform you that our French classes have been a great addition to our elementary curriculum this past year, for all students PreS - Grade 5. Regular lessons from the Guidance Counselor and a variety of after-school activities and sports round out our program to ensure your child’s well-being.
The home-school connection is an essential part of your child’s learning. Please look forward to hearing from your child’s teacher on a regular basis, and remember to bookmark the classroom Google Site and Google Classroom for easy access to weekly updates.
In addition to a weekly update from me, we will also continue using our WhatsApp group this year, so that urgent communication can be delivered quickly and efficiently from the Elementary Office.

I am looking forward to joining the wonderful team here at Lahore American School for school year 2024-2025 and beyond. I have taught and been a school administrator my entire life in many countries around the world. I look forward to getting to know all of the stakeholders of LAS, starting with the students and teachers and including all parents and care-givers of our wonderful children here.
